OUR FAVORITES
OUR FAMOUS FLAVOURED MILK!
We are proud to be milkshake masters: Derby Hill Farm has been a working Lancashire farm since 1850 and has been in the Bradley family for five generations. Our milk comes from our own herd, and we still source and produce everything locally to the farm, the way we've always done it.
Our milkshakes are delivered in returnable glass bottles, which we collect, wash and reuse again and again. Simply give your bottles a quick rinse and leave them on your doorstep the evening before your next delivery.
OUR HANDMADE BUTTER
We use our delicious double cream to produce a rich, smooth butter which is then hand patted in the traditional way using wooden paddles. The only ingredient we add to the cream is organic sea salt which gives our salted butter its subtle flavour. Over the past year our customer base has grown and we now sell our butter to many of our doorstep customers, confectioners, local restaurants and ice-cream makers in the area.
