This week, we are bursting with pride to have passed our recent SALSA audit.
SALSA stands for Safe and Local Supplier Approval and is an annual inspection of every aspect of our premises and our working standards. Passing our annual inspection gives all our clients peace of mind that our products reach them in perfect condition.
All aspects of the business are rigorously inspected and no stone is left unturned. Director, John Bradley commented; 'The hard work that the whole Derby Hill team puts in each and every day means that we passed our SALSA inspection with flying colours. Every member of the team plays their part and I am incredibly impressed with how seriously they take each part of their role'.
Our SALSA accreditation also means we are able to supply to local authorities. The safety of dairy products is crucial so this recent audit gives our clients across the board assurances that every product we produce is of the highest quality.
